So looks like Site will certainly not be eligible for the amounts they are claimed they are owed (~24m or ~20m after commissions), and likely to end up paying penalties.......the question is how much did Site collect for services that the ACCC claim were not provided (or knew they were not going to be asked to provide given the govt was paying for those courses), and also what are the pecuniary penalties and costs are likely to be.
