If you own an option, to convert you will need to fill in a form that you can get from the company and send them 1c per option you want to convert.
You will then have the full shares drop into your account in a few days.
This can be done at any time, but they will send you a form closer to the expiry date.
if you don’t fully understand options I wouldn’t invest in them.
if you don’t convert they are removed from your account after the expiry date.
