You didn't ask this, but ...
Most penny stocks go through stages when they run hard. 99.9999% of the time, they fall back to the price where they started. Very, very occasionally a stock will do an FMG and continue up.
MBN is a fly-by-night stock. Trade it for a profit if possible, then get out. Don't worry about the fundamentals.
