In answer to you last question they can't be "arms length transactions" the Chairman Martin Broome, the CEO Nic Clift and non-Exec Director Tim Markwell are mates of Robin Widdup of AFL.
You can be sure that the other Directors just went with the flow as they always have. Celamin wouldn't be in this mess if they had.
