Unsubstantiated opinion certainly is NOT fact! When the overwhelming weight of global opinion is contrary to the one expressed by Newman his opinion is closer to fiction!
The warmongers in Abbott's exclusive 'Team Australia' may think it's clever to denigrate the World's most important non-partisan organisation but by so doing they're playing right into the hands of nations such as North Korea and Iran that stand to benefit.
I cannot think of any other PM in our history who would not have sanctioned an advisor for making such an ill-informed, embarrassing and insensitive comment. Most would have terminated his role as Chief Business Advisor.
