    It may reduce the numbers of "patients" who are booked regular "appointments" by some bulk billing doctors.

    This practice is rife with elderly people, who quite often are just following the recommendations of their GP, and getting a bit of an outing as well.

    Quick visits under 10 minutes have been a real cash cow for GPs......untill now.
