Scotty will probably light a fire under lots of dole-bludgers who are the labor\greenie voting base...
Once they get out into the community working and off the government teat and have money of their own they are earning, they will not vote for the economically destructive and irresponsible labor and their organized criminal, plundering/looting union-boss puppet-masters again...
A good strategy it would seem...
However there will always be some labor/greenie diehards desperate to remain on the dole, wasting their lives away with porn downloads, drugs and daytime TV ever ready and eager to vote the criminal union-bosses back in to government
