how serious do you expect that post to be to taken.

On one hand you claim you never watch either ABC or SBS and that you would not even know if the whole networks closed down yet you are expert enough on the subject to give very specific advice about what stations are superfluous.
Your feelings do not disprove facts

You totally misunderstand or misrepresent the meaning of "independent" in the context of my post.Not financial independence rather editorial independence by not being beholden to commercial interest.

What you and others here fail to realize is you are a minority in your views of the ABC
You may not be Robinson Caruso but you are a vocal small minority who have been shown to be wrong time and time again about the ABC's public support and unbiased reporting.
