The problem is, if the ABC "go soft" on someone they instantly get labelled a "leftie" if the ABC "go hard" on someone they're labelled a "conservative". Unless of course the conundrum of a "soft interview" on a "conservative" in which case it just gets ignored or a "hard interview" on a "leftie", which get ignored also.
It's a non-falsifiable narrative by the 'you know who'.
