Methinks there is no opportunity for the normal punter to make any impact or difference on the ABC, it's too big, too entrenched, to change course.

I've submitted complaints to individual programs (mostly Tony Delroy's "Nightlife". Had one reply out of probably six complaints over 10 years. This just said 'thanks for the feedback'.

Formal filling out of Complaint form to ABC central brings an automated reply, with the promise they will look into it and get back to you. No one ever has.

They don't give a stuff about complaints.
