It has been explained that some early studies using small numbers in the 50's showed some possible links.Subsequent larger and broader based studies showed there was NO link.One large study included 1.5 million subjects in Denmark.

The link between abortion and breast cancer is nothing more than another example of how a religious zealots will bend the truth to fit into their world view. Abetz's world view is girls who have abortions will be punished by god with the infliction of breast cancer.
Now that the stupidity of his comments have been pointed out he is trying to distance himself from his comments and the issue with "I didn't say I agreed with","the people who made the claims were experts","I am not an expert" etc....looking for a way out.
