It’s all fluff and no substance in that announcement - there are no details of the alleged systematic breaches.

I’m not saying one way or another whether they did or didn’t, but there’s nothing to substantiate the claims at this point. The Federal Court will no doubt require more substantive evidence than what’s announced in that fluff piece.

This is the same ***ernmint organisation that tried to block a TPG and Vodafone merger, which ultimately got the go ahead from the Federal Court. I personally don’t put too much faith in ***ernmint organisations, most are falling over themselves to do nothing.
