If you want to make money out of climate change via govt grants, then you have to conclude there is an emergency or a problem in your data or you will not get funded. It’s that or you will have zero chance of publication or further funding if you do not follow the narrative the govt wants. Most of them are just rehashed versions of old studies called ‘latest or updated studies’. Under the current mob, you have less chance than growing wings. It is the same with drug companies. A vast majority of paid up studies that do not comply with the stated outputs across all major industries will not get published. They get shelved. Independent scientists are more likely to tell you the truth since they don’t have a conflict of interest. That is not a cynical viewpoint, it has been proven over and over again across multiple industries.
