Wine makers in Australia have been noticing a decrease in their grape quality for a while now.
The larger companies have been buying up land down in cooler Tassie for grape growing for at least 10 years that I know of.
Grapes in Swan Valley were ready for harvest mid January this year, which I can't recall ever happening before. Usual harvest there is late Feb-early March. Grapes were not great from what I've heard.
Climate change is already impacting this industry and many like it.
