At last someone near power understand the climate change mob fears could all be due to a 'rounding error' or noise within the data rather than a valid concern.
Someone else has passed Statistics 101 or understood the lecture.
Of course, the question did not get answered - just repeating the narrative over and over but had the honesty to claim possible not understanding.
The cynic in me says she has been told under no circumstance to admit the truth and not understanding her best out.
