I have no idea what you are talking about but can guess. Firstly there is nothing between 99.999% and 100%. As far as I am concerned - they are equal.

OK, so let us see why the 99.999% might be "better".

The cost per person in "hotel" might be way below the cost per person at the Springs? If that is what he was alluding to, hey, he may well be right - all other things being equal?

May be a very smart man indeed!
