Once one commits by sending in there acceptance by snail mail of the offer, does that prevent you from accepting any higher takeover bid that may be made by another Shark recommended by the BOD ........ of AVB that is ? Notice there get out clause in the Target statement today ?
Does that postal commitment relinquish control of your shares to OZ Minerals with no guarantee of payment until the offer becomes, or is declared ?
Reread pages 31-34 of that target statement again and consider why the hell are our BOD’s saying ACCEPT after also writing up “100%” owned against AN PB CENTRO & the others . Just have to love those tables & tables of resources in that statement as well !!!!
Hold off I think for a while yet, in my mind ..... don’t give them the 50 odd % they will be trying to suck out of us real people .... yet !?!?
