Not here, WDS shareholders still retain the option to vote on the AGM Items Agenda, ask questions and so on. Nil change there. Welcome ACCR action, more external information as to the performance of the WDS Chairman et al, so what is there to be concerned about. If you and others are so adamant re the Chairman's performance, then as you post, the shareholders still possess the final say as to his WDS tenure.
