Acquisition possibility was mentioned in last release and I must say the figures released seem strange to me. A great Quarterly production result 27,793 ozs at a presumed AISC of A$1,060 or less as production in December was approx. 9,700 ozs even higher than the rate for the previous 2 Months. That means with an average gold price of at least A$1,500 per oz. or even more, allowing for the advance sales there would be a profit of around A$12 Mil +. I know they talked about A$10 Mil Capital expenditure but I think some of that mentioned would be in the AISC. I just wonder if some of the unaccounted for A$2 Mil+ has gone towards an acqisition. Anyone any further ideas?
