The Domestic part of their business has been losing money for quite some time. Most courses are short & they may be allowed to finish those?
It's the International business that's expanding and making money. Maybe they can sell the domestic business eg to another reputable operator.

Many invested in this stock are there for the valuable Clark asset, it is worth multiples of their present market cap. EGP as a substantial holder invested for this reason & supported their last placement. They've known this decision could go against them for some time, Vern is a major shareholder, I'd suggest he's had plenty of time to plan for this eventuality. They certainly don't give out much information in their announcements.
