5.33log10copies/ mL, Ct 28.8, respectively)”
Eugeni has a Limit of Detection (LoD) 2.81 x 105 genome copies/mL or 281,000 copies/ml.
I would love to know how Eugeni LoD compares to the results above, I'm just not smart enough. These LoD really has my head spinning.
Any advice much appreciated.
