Before some jump, consider the previous line. This is the critical point for why our share price flounders as of today. On top of BlackRock's money we have the bonus money from Appian and yet our management are not "game" to progress PB as promised in the last 2 CR's.

The important question is "why not?".

Yes, we have made several purchases of mine plant. Not that hard with so much cash in the bank.

Let's not let the peripheral hide the purpose of why we were told the CR's were intended for and if there is a major change then please tell us what it is because I don't believe that holding off on advancing Stage 2 until the finance is approved is valid unless there is a possibility that the finance may not happen.

If the finance is so certain then advance PB as promised.

Don't forget in last ann they claimed 'they believed finance was within reach'. To be honest I would have preferred them to say nothing rather than that phrase. Or 'finance is imminent' .Even if it is within 'reach' doesn't mean you have it! I found it odd.
