What then is your reasoning for why we were not told this at the time of the CR's? We didn't have finance at the time of either. If they're not reckless why wasn't this current scenario considered when we had the BlackRock CR followed by the Appian CR? The only other alternative that it was considered but shareholders were not told.
I would rather be sensible than ridiculous. Please help me to see what changed after the CR announcement's that I may have missed. You can't say that the finance delay is a change, surely.
We knew that the two conditions of the FML and JORC would have taken time.
