Qantas's problems longer term is singapore airlines entering the domestic or international market in a bigger way. VBA really is not much threat, and also the cost of getting a new fleet since most of it is very old. Also the expensive workforce.
I think it can run though, but i'd be cautious about feb since generally feb can be a bad month. But who knows, its a hard call at the moment, but I'm waiting for cheaper prices before re-entering...
Though QAN has not run as much as many other stocks.
I think there will be a general pullback of the overall market and time to get things cheaper...
