    A word of caution to anyone and everyone - it is not legal to connect anything to your house wiring that hasnt been installed by a licensed electrician, and all equipment must be approved and comply with Australian Standards.

    If you are completely off grid, you may still be bound by these requirements but are less likely to be caught I suppose.

    One great thing about the panels with micro-inverters is that they are unaffected by shading or degradation of an adjacent panel when they are in an array - each panel produces it's own power seperately.
