Maybe so, most likely be above 0.006 before they raise tho given that was the last raise price. Pump or not, if volume arrives it will become a trade. 0.008 target looks about right if your theory is correct.

10 Mil volume is the highest since the start of June
Its clear in todays announcement in black and white, they are funded for the current drill program, will head above 0.006 in due course before any new raise happens
Couple of targets if it can break out on some volume
