    Hi coalboy,

    Don't worry if you can't figure out the logic. It is just a 'group', with a lot more money than you or I, trying to protect their own personal financial and social interests. The last thing on their mind is the general public (our logic).

    Ever wondered why it is always the highest economic echelons pushing for 'green'? That is, despite the fact that they owe their current financial positions to hardcore capitalism, fossil fuels, pollution and waste.

    Anything that puts their wealth at risk enters their firing line. So what is so wrong with coal? Quite simply, the fact that it is cheap, easy and readily available. That sounds great to me, but not to anyone making bucket loads on 'green' tech.

    I imagine that it is going to cost a lot of money to convert from coal to 'green'. That money is going to be going into someone's pocket. Perhaps, I have sour grapes, because it probably will not be mine.
