Resolution 6 : Two Directors get a total of 100 mil shares if the SPP maintains 7c and 10c. Im voting NO. They need to to a lot better than that after a $50 mil capital raise and the consequent dilution that may bring it about. They both get good salaries and have plenty of shares anyway. They can get their bonuses the next year if Green Bay and Pickle Crow perform as hoped. This to moi is just a snouts in the trough resolution undeserved at this time.
Resolution 7 . I like the name Auteco…well its OK. Voting NO to changing it to some irrelevant insect name..
Probably vote NO to everthing actually!
