I think we are looking at it wrong, I have no concerns that the share price will be over ten cents by years end.
Three years from now, when the price is 40c, the boys can exercise whatever remaining options at ten. They are playing the long game, and is money/bonuses in the bank.
Although a show of faith and picking up their entitlements would be worth buckets.
