I don't care too much how they get em, but give me a Director who sweats as much as holders on the SP, this is how that is achieved, look at 90% of other listed companies, the guys are so light on shares right now, it's embarrassing, get them waking up at night worried about the SP! that's what I want, and their fees as just an after thought, make it all about the SP.
I have never dwelt too much on how we award Directors options as long as we have an achievable target and they get them. Just think about the shear number of shares the big money has just picked up, it's massive and all for doing what ? sitting on some cash and hitting a target. Anyway you can bet this thread will a busy one
