Great post. One must wonder after their basic reason to exist is now a complete turnaround:

So they need loot and can't see too many funds getting involved until Bowdens is ready to move to the final stage. Silver still on its sideways trend influenced by gold and the breakout is coming but so is Christmas. So imagine time shareholders were advised of plans.
