I think this Luiz thing is red herring KK + Bladder

I was at the AGM and this question about these 63 million was asked quite early on... the answer by the company secretary on the floor was that there was a filing or reporting mistake. IMO... I was left with the impression that it was not a actually a vote against Luiz.
