It appears that Shandong Tianye and Pinnacle are determined to hold the price to 5c or less until they can get their hands on millions of shares at ridiculously low levels as part of the impending finance being finalised as we speak IMO . Hold onto your hats folks the price is about to heat up and even our graphite cladding wont stop it !!!!! Merlin
