1. CATH and Yibin agreed between themselves to merge the off take into a single entity. I think I read that in a CATH note to their Board, but can't find it now
2. AVZ will not complete until the ML is registered, as to do so before that opens a can of worms by giving COMINIERE first right of refusal over the 24%, and guess where that would end up. I don't know for sure, but that waiver by CATH of obtaining ML before settling could have been a plan so cunning you could pin a tail on it and call it a weasel. If so, good on the BoD for not falling for it
