Mind if I start a thread here, a first so please bare with....
AGM a couple of weeks away now....proxy forms arrived in the post yesterday
Interested:
1. Who is attending and will anyone report back?
2. Resolutions 1-4 look straight forward?
3. Thoughts on Colin and Vernon 10c options?
4. VERY interested in resolution 7.
In particular with resolution 7, the material proposed changes were of interest. First relating to dividends (more flexibility for avanco to pay dividends). Second, and this is the piece that perked my interest, relating to partial takeover provisions (shareholders have more influence on a proportional takeover).
Thoughts?
