US markets closed. Today is Oct 20 for them - the closing date for NS sale.
Given no announcement to the contrary that should mean the sale has proceeded (as it is material to SSN, any known change to the prior stated plan has to be reported ... I guess the only contrary is TB arriving at closing and the other unexpectedly fails to show). Ought to be no news is good news.
One might expect an annc indicated completion of sale, funds received AND how much of sale proceeds MOB agrees can be included as part of the equity required to be raised.
I see also OAS is in the news making a large Williston Basin acquisition (55,000 net acres for ~$785M with estimated 50.2 MMBoe of 1P Reserves, 63% PDP and 77% oil. Forecast 12,400 Boe/d production Q4/16). Call it $15/Bbl of 1P Reserves or on oil basis (which I prefer as gas is almost worthless in WB) its closer to $19/BO. Just some perspective wrt to SSN FB acquisition.
