Im voting NO to all employee remuneration plans until I can see shareholder value! All I am seeing now is directors lining their own pockets meanwhile the sp which they are employed to increase and add value drops! Doesn't make sense!!!!
It seems ever so common nowadays that companies all over the ASX seem to disguise cleverly the high salaries and free options they hand each other with results, yet the results are not there!!!
there is 2 companies I am in where I was told the director are working hard to increase shareholder value (smoke and mirrors) and the sp just continues to fall to next to nothing and then they issue themselves tens of millions of options!
Then they put their hands out asking for funding.....
IMO there are far to many lifestyle companies in the ASX
