I've been on the phone and talking to ppl. the last 3 hrs. Right now the OT is up to QQ to lock-in.

I wonder IF AGY had it's choice it would like to can the deal? $15,000 is a good price but, AGY could probably get a better price $15,000-20,000+ and sell all S1/S2 not just 2/3 of S2.

IF...and we all know S1 has been knock up to 500 tones from 150 tones...that STAGE 2 is probably going to be knocked up to 3,000-5000 tones PER YEAR!! from 1,500 currently.

Well, what if AGY scores a 5 years 4000 ton LCE deal at $18,000 U.S. (do the math on that MFers!!!) with 65% margins!? $1 AGY would be cheap!

There are many other bigger names and wallets in China that want/need more lithium. You can start with looking at the top 7 car markers...Then see who has LCE deals...and who doesn't. (I really only want a China deal...so much upside and REAL LCE demand.)

It's all falling into place to be something really special...unlike before where we were just talking about it...it's actually happening now.

After a deal like that...the take-over value of AGY is a lot higher.
At the end of the day...the insiders can only cash-out of AGY by a buy-out. If any of them sold...the SP would go down and they know that.
