Im ok at fundamentals analysis...but with charts my only area of experience is those bollinger bands.
As the bands close up if the SP is near or on the bottom band be prepared for a run up.
Seems to play out on Russ's chart above.
Sqeezing bollinger bands are quite reliable in my opinion.
