PTW asked me: "Not pulling back today ???" So the context of my answer to him is the weakening sign for a pullback when this current bullish momentum is exhausted. I understand "pullback" as a kind of rest or (re)consolidation to build another momentum.
Your question seems to me to be in a much broader context when you start it by mentioning how much it is down from its high.
And in that context my answer is I am in fact looking for the Sign of Strength (look at Wyckoff Accumulation Schematic if you don't know what I mean), which will tell me that the accumulation phase is coming to an end.
