here’s another for you to ponder
Ever met someone who said property goes down over time?
If something goes up it appreciates right?
So why allow depreciation on an asset that produces basically nothing but appreciates in price…. Otherwise why can’t owner occupier negative gear and claim depreciation?
Its not a tractor on a farm producing food…
