If you look at previous behavior and the last base ALC formed, we are 4 bars off in terms of length/time-frame.

That might not mean much, but the way this base is forming should, as it's showing consolidation and accumulation within the price range and is starting to really tighten up with volume dropping right off. This is very good behavior to keep an eye on as when it pushes through resistance or off key moving averages on large volume, it shows the market sentiment and continuation of an uptrend.

I jumped in too early last week, but expect this to setup even tighter under 10c before pushing through on large volume. If it doesn't then it may just need more time in the base before a push through.
