The biggest disadvantage these kids have is the lack of responsible parenting. These are kids in Alice Springs. There are other kids there as well from various backgrounds. They go to school and are home in bed at night. No amount of schooling is going to help until the family situation is sorted. The parents need to be made responsible for what is happening.
