If we get nothing then clearly we have been shafted, if they think a sale is imminent then offer(s) must of been given for this to be the case..
This would mean they know what offers are on the table and could suggest the out come to all sh's what has been tabled......
If they are not forthcoming with the offers then i would say it is low ball and they already have their excuse written out and checked off by barristers.....
