Also what happens when your rel. dies? Before you do? There would need to be a change in her will? Otherwise, her family would get your money? A bit messy. Good idea though and sufficiently "cunning" to get a good mark for both originality as well as being able to think outside the box. Could be a loophole in this loophole, however....
