boomer, do you any detail on the ALP's proposals to tax trusts, all I have seen is 30% on trust income (net I hope) . as trust income is fully distributed how would the tax paid factor into benificaries income or does it not. (this appears to be similar to FC non rebate except that the distributions are income in the recipients hands and added to their taxable income. Double taxation ????
