Can't take many posts on HC seriously so making that point re my "pretty picture" comment highly selective.
Seems there are some posters who wish to limit or exclude any mention of a possible CR in the funding formula - can't take that seriously and it ignores past experience. The way this is trading, or not, would indicate there is no interest in paying 15 c until funding solution clarified.
