SP will not go much lower than this. Think 12c is rock bottom. The BoD is heavily invested themselves and they want this to be the deal of their lifetime. I sincerely believe that AJM is going to blow our minds away and the SP rise when it comes will be explosive. When TH is called you are too late to get in! So if you want to be part of it make sure to get in before the TH is called.
I think AJM has multiple options to choose from for financing and that they are still negotiating trying to get the best deal for the shareholders (which to a large extend they are themselves). This will ROCK and hopefully blow my mind away!
