Man goes to his doctor and asks to be castrated. The doctor trys to talk him out of it, but the man is adamant. So the doctor books him in for a day procedure.
After the surgery, in the recovery ward, he asks the man in the bed next to him. "What are you in for"?
"I've just been circumcised," was the reply.
"That's the word" the first man exclaims.
