Im still undecided how judges should be elected. At present it is decided by politicians, but the public does not know who put who in place due to general ignorance.
In other countries the judiciary is voted for directly. They become both political and accountable.
All i know is tgat the Australian judiciary is inept. That judge should be fired but wont be.
Ill be very open to any politicians position on judiciary reform.
